GAMEPLAY

Omega Pattern is a visual novel that employs an adaptive multiple-choice decision system. This design allows both the number of decision points and the choices presented at each juncture to vary dynamically based on the player's previous selections, thereby influencing the narrative's progression and the protagonist's development.

SYNOPSIS

The setting of Omega Pattern appears initially familiar, resembling our world. However, genetic anomalies and fate bestow certain individuals with a unique Pattern—specific brain signals enabling the manifestation of diverse psychic abilities. These abilities are intricately shaped by each individual's life experiences, which influence their behavior and personality.

A clandestine organization known as Bioagora exerts its influence worldwide, manipulating events to serve its own interests. This control is partly maintained through its Agents—individuals who possess the Pattern and are subjected to coercion, procurement, or captivity, often through brainwashing and indoctrination, to serve Bioagora's agenda.

The protagonist, Shaiel (21 years old), is a Pattern bearer who is forced into hiding to evade capture by Bioagora. As the organization's influence grows, his efforts to remain concealed become increasingly perilous. Seeking allies becomes imperative; however, the only viable option appears to be the Celtas—a small, loosely organized group employing unconventional methods. Their plan to confront the Agents and establish an order independent of Bioagora seems nearly unattainable.

While the majority of the population remains passive in a gray, monotonous world, Shaiel must carefully strategize to uncover truths obscured by Bioagora, the Celtas, and perhaps even himself.
